Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, with occasional OT

Pay:

· $18 -$20 Entry-level / lower experience (0-2 year)

· $21 -$26 Mid to senior level (3 - 5 years experience)

Job Description:

SMT Operator - (3-5 years exp) The Surface Mount Tech (SMT) Operator III is responsible for both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing. Responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT equipment. Monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards. Responsible for quality assurance and documentation. May be responsible for occasional SMT repair. Operates with increasing independence within a specific area of expertise. Requires 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

AOI Operator- (0 -1 year experience) The Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Operator I is responsible for operating and monitoring Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and other electronic components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. May be responsible for occasional assistance in other areas, as needed. Demonstrates growing proficiency under moderate supervision.
